Cooper Agriculture Center

The Cooper Agriculture Center property was donated to the Chino Valley Unified School District in 1998 by Kenneth and Lavonne Cooper for restricted use by the Chino Valley FFA & Agriculture Education Program. The 52 acre facility has been owned by Kenneth and Lavonne since 1943. The K - 12 Cooper Agriculture Center began development in 2000. Some work had been completed before this time but was not part of the planning by the new committee. Development of the Cooper Ag Center is essential to remain in compliance with the deed restrictions placed on the property. Inactivity of time periods exceeding 5 years will result in the transfer of the deed to the University of Arizona - Department of Ag Education. Completion of the Cooper Ag Center is currently scheduled for June of 2006. Cooper Ag Center Development Committee meetings take place on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm.
